BOX GALLERY WEBSITE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions apply to user interactions with website www.boxgallerysf.com the intellectual property of Box Gallery (hereinafter referred to as “Gallery”) By using this SITE you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The website for the Gallery is expressly subject to and governed by the following terms and conditions:

USER'S AGREEMENT
In connection with access to and use of any of the SITE and any information, material or images (collectively, "Material") found on the SITE, you the User agree to abide by and be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW AND CONSENT TO JURISDICTION
With respect to any other breach of this Agreement or of United States Copyright laws, wherever such breach may be deemed to have occurred, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America and of the State of New Mexico, USA, and the User agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State or Federal Courts in New Mexico and the User agrees that the choice of forum is expressly reserved to Box Gallery and the User agrees to waive any objection the User may have that New Mexico is an inconvenient forum.
